Restaurant Spotlight: Franca
Another modern Argentine restaurant that is worth the trip.
Franca is part of the new crop of hip restaurants around the Chacarita neighborhood. It is from the same folks as Julia, a well-regarded “nuevo argentino cuisine” restaurant. While Julia is much smaller and intimate, Franca is a larger space, the bottom floor of a modern apartment building.
